You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.

  • How do I pay for my vehicle?

We prefer to give our customers a choice of paying at the time they book through our online booking engine, through PayPal using their debt or credit card. If it is more convenient to pay the driver in cash on the day of your trip, that is fine too.

  • How far in advance can I book my transport?

If you are booking online, all we ask is that you book at least 24hrs prior to requiring our service. Of course, the earlier before your journey you book, the more likely it is that you will be able to reserve your first choice of vehicle. Of course we recognise that sometimes people need our services at short notice, in which case, ring us. I’m sure we will be able to help you out.

  • Are the prices per passenger of per vehicle?

You decide the vehicle you want for your trip and we charge you on that basis, not on the numbers travelling.

  • Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

We try to avoid this whenever possible. The key is communication. Providing you supply us with your flight number, we will monitor it. This allows us to carry out the booking you have made with us, but not until we know your flight has landed and you will be ready to meet us. To enable is to happen, it is important you provide your flight number to our booking operator.

  • How will I find my driver at the airport?

Providing you supply us with a number on which our driver can get in touch with you, meeting up shouldn’t be a problem. For a small fee, we can even provide a meet and greet service for your VIP guests.

  • Are your drivers qualified?

All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licensing authority.

  • How can I be confident that me and my loved ones or clients will be safe with your drivers?

Customer safety is of primary importance to us. We select our drivers very carefully and security check them. We use the Disclosure and Baring Service to make sure our drivers have clean histories.

  • Can I book your service for a regular school run?

Yes, we have a number of clients we transport children to school and back for. Where a number of children are travelling, this can prove to be cheaper than the cost of public transport. Speak to the parent of others attending the same school who are on your route and look at the feasibility of hiring one of our minibuses.

  • Do you take on company contracts?
